WE WILL BE OPEN FROM WEDNESDAY 2ND DECEMBER

We are pleased to announce that we will be opening from Wednesday 2nd December, however Government rules dictate that residents of Tier 3 areas are unable to stay overnight anywhere out of their area, so unfortunately we are unable to accommodate such guests.

Our normal free cancellation period is any time up to 14 days before your stay, after that time guests are responsible for 100% of the reservation amount. However if you have booked directly, made use of our 5% discount and paid a deposit, should there be a further lockdown announced or if your area moves into Tier 3 within the 14 days leading up to your reservation, we will offer you the choice of us holding your deposit and rescheduling your booking to a later date (the date does not have to be decided immediately) or a refund of your deposit and no cancellation fees will apply.

We want to work through these difficult times together with our guests and will be as flexible as possible with bookings.
